Commission terms of service
I will retain the copyright over the image/animation and will be allowed to publicly share it. Alterations can and will be made during the sketch process when requested. If major alterations are requested in the later stages of the commission 10% of the price will be added in order to make the alteration. You may only use the image or animation for personal use unless a commercial use contract is created beforehand. There will be no reselling of my work, if it's the case of selling a character and the art to another you are allowed to include my work for the price you paid or less. You are not allowed to make a profit off my work without explicit consent. Commissions can only be refunded at the sketch stage, you'll be sent a high-resolution file of your sketch and you'll be refunded for everything besides the work that was done. At minimum half of the commission must be paid before I start the project and the other half can be sent after the commission is completed. By commissioning me you agree to these terms of service. These terms of service are for PERSONAL USE commissions only, if you are looking for commercial use commissions those prices terms are negotiated based on the project size and how you intend to profit, please fill out the same form and have the commission type as "commercial use".
DIGITAL ART COMMISSIONS
Digital art commissions are sent out as a high resolution PNG once payment is complete. Digital art can be turned into a physical badge for an extra $10CAD +shipping if you're outside of Canada. High resolution PNG's are still emailed even if you decide to add on a physical badge.
TRADITIONAL ART COMMISSIONS
All commissions options are available to be purchases on a payment plan, before work is started I require at least 50% of the total to be paid well the rest can be paid once the project is done but before it is emailed or physically mailed to you.
ANIMATION COMMISSIONS
If you're looking to commission me for a different animation project than the two listed my base prices start at $19CAD/hr. Depending on the complexity of the animation this hourly rate will go up, after we communicate on what the end product will be I will send you a contract detailing the time period I will need to finish as well as a break down of the payment plan. At minimum there will be three payments 1/3 before I start animating, 2/3 when the animation hits the halfway point and the final payment before the high resolution animation is sent out to you.

Commission requests are answered within 24 hours!
*Request does not mean you won't get a commission slot, this just makes it easier for me to make and send the invoice. I very rarely decline commissions but I do have the right to refuse service based off subject matter and/or treatment of the artist as well as if you violate TOS. By sending me a commission request you are agreeing to my terms of service.
