Orders are fulfilled and shipped within 3-5 business days. Orders can only be refunded BEFORE the package is shipped, once the package has left my possession I cannot send a refund unless the package is returned to me undamaged.

Products that arrive to you damaged can be replaced or refunded depending on the customer's preference. Shipping prices will vary depending on your location and package size, but I always strive for my customers to have the cheapest shipping prices available.
